WOW!

I can hardly believe it myself, but Madeline just peed on the potty!!! She's only 19 months and 8 days old!

She motioned to me that she wanted to go to the bathroom, so I followed and helped her get her pants and diaper off. She sat on the little potty and actually seemed to wait patiently for about a minute before peeing.

I really don't expect her to be potty trained anytime soon, but it's still very exciting! I tried to make it a very happy and memorable event for Madeline. Sophia joined in and said "Good job Madeline!" too. Neil went to DQ and got us some ice cream sundaes to celebrate.
